Message from the Arcturians—Letting Go of Outsourcing and Activating Empowerment

We have been noticing a trend of outsourcing at times in the collective, and we really want to bring the attention to those of you who are looking outside of yourselves for answers, for the latest information and the energy updates, so that you know what is going on. And part of that is a bit of a desire to control what you may have fear about, or anxiety about.

Knowing what is going on can make it feel like you have more control over these situations that you don’t have control over. So in that way, you are giving away your power, because you may feel that you do not have the ability to experience life from a place of safety. What we mean by that is that you may feel that you are unable to be fully safe in the world, unless you go outside of yourselves to find out as much as you can about things or events that are worrisome to you.

So we encourage you all to shift your awareness to what is going on within you, especially what is going right within you and around you. We encourage you to go within to resource inner safety, and go within to find that which brings you into a stable and solid, grounded, place.

We also would like to point out the times where you may defer to the thoughts, beliefs, feelings, opinions of those in your life who you look up to, or who you believe to know better than you. This deference to that particular person takes your power away, and hands it over to the other person. We invite you to trust yourselves in making certain decisions or forming certain opinions or beliefs. Look within you because you carry your own wisdom.

We would like to help you to activate greater levels of empowerment in those of you who wish to expand it. Place your hands on your solar plexus. Call your power back from the people, the places, the ideas, and the timelines where you have given your power over. Call your power back now. Breathe into your solar plexus, and see a gold light expanding there in all directions. Expand your power by seeing that gold light fill your entire auric field and expand outward into the corners of the room you are in. Take a deep breath when this process feels complete.

We want to emphasize how important it is to connect with your inner power and expand it. Go within. Find that power within you. It is precious. And continue to expand your power and utilize it as often as you can.
