It blends Ancient Egyptian Ankh energy work with channeled guidance from the Egyptian Goddess Hathor to support deep emotional and energetic shifts.
The Ankh, known as the "Key of Life," helps you to open your heart and expand your life force energy in your Ka body. As the Goddess of love and fertility, Hathor guides you through a powerful Ankh breathwork practice of uniting your cosmic energy with your earthly energy to release emotional pain and trauma.
