Message from the Arcturians—When It’s Difficult to Love

"Who you are is love.  Love is the identity of which you hold as a unique fractal of Source, or God, as some of you may call the Source of All.  What does this mean to be love?  It means that you are unconditionally loved and it means that you have the capacity for giving and receiving unconditional love.  

You may feel that it is difficult to love those who hurt you, or those who commit terrible atrocities against others.  And yes, you are right, it is difficult.  However, the Source, or God, loves those who commit the horrific atrocities, and so can you.  “But why do they deserve unconditional love?” you may ask.  Because they are Source energy beings of love, expressing their experience in a way that seems absent of love in this lifetime.  

Most of you have been villains in previous lifetimes.  It’s all a balancing act of experiences where you are good, kind, and loving in some lifetimes, and there are lifetimes in which you commit what many would judge as terrible and horrible acts of hatred.  This comes from the desire to experience the polarities on Earth.  In every lifetime, you all are still Source Energy beings of love and light.  

So we encourage you all to catch yourselves when you are feeling judgmental of those who are doing what you view as acting in unkind or unloving ways.  Ask yourselves how you can open up to loving them.  It does not mean you are condoning their behavior.  It is about holding love for them as one Source Energy being to another Source Energy being.  Even just loving them a little bit is a good place to start.
