"Greetings, we are the Arcturian Council of 5, and we are so very pleased to be with you all today."
"Give yourselves permission to allow spaciousness in your life. Let yourselves have periods of rest and respite. Know that you do not need to go, go, go, and do, do, do in order to be worthy of love.
You are worthy just by being you. So allow yourselves to just “be.” It is important for your mental health, emotional health, physical health, and spiritual health. What is the point of life if you do not take the time and space to experience joy?
Allow yourselves to stop and admire the beauty all around you. Give yourselves the opportunity to listen to your favorite song, connect with a friend, or do whatever it is that feels like a break from your everyday tasks.
Savor the moment when you can during the day, and allow yourselves to create spaciousness. This will be most supportive of your ascension journey.
