Message from the Sirians—Collective Transmission of Peace

Hello. We are the Sirians of the 9th Dimension, and we are so very pleased to be with you all here today, dear ones.
We invite you all to join us in a collective transmission of peace. If you wish to participate, please take some slow breaths and center in your heart space, setting the intention for peace to be within the hearts of those who are at war with themselves and/or with others.
As you close your eyes, imagine a green frequency of peace coming out of your heart space. See it moving outward in all directions outside of the building you are in and continuing to move outwards until it completely envelopes your planet like a warm blanket.
Breathe in peace…exhale peace. Breathe in peace…exhale peace. And continue to hold this frequency as you breathe for as long as you’d like. Even two minutes is helpful.
If you could please do this as often as you remember, it would be of great service. Cultivating more peace within yourselves with this process helps to bring peace to others. The more people who are holding this intention of peace, the greater the impact.
